Who we are

What we collect

  • Your name, phone number and email address when you send us a booking or product enquiry.
  • The treatment or products you are interested in, and any message you write to us.
  • If you use the meal plan questionnaire, your answers, which may include allergies, intolerances or medical conditions. This is health information, so we treat it with extra care.

This website does not collect your details in the background. Our enquiry forms, shop list and questionnaire prepare a message on your own device, and nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp or your email app.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and book your consultation or treatment.
  • To recommend and prepare a suitable meal plan, treatment plan or product list for you.
  • To confirm availability, pricing and collection of products.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the services we need to run the clinic, such as WhatsApp, our email provider and our Setmore booking system, and only as needed to look after your booking. We may also share it where the law requires.

Third-party content on this website

The Contact page shows a Google Map, and the Book on Setmore button takes you to Setmore's website. These services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Photos and testimonials

We only publish client photos and testimonials with the client's permission.

How long we keep it

We keep client information only for as long as we need it to look after you and to meet our legal and professional obligations, and then we delete it securely.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at divawellnessaesthetics@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
